  • A Team from GUST’s Computer Science department has won the 3rd place at the Kuwait Collegiate Programming Contest (KCPC2016). Six participating teams from the university competed with 20 teams from 5 different institutions in Kuwait.  Three teams from GUST have qualified to the regional Arab Collegiate Programming Contest (ACPC) which will be held in Sharm El Sheikh Nov. 2016.

  • GUST celebrated the commencement of the Eleventh Undergraduate and Seventh Graduate Classes for the academic year 2015-2016 at the esteemed outdoor amphitheater on campus.

    The ceremony was held under the patronage of the Minister of Education and Higher Education, Dr. Bader Al Essa, for the third time.   • Gulf University for Science and Technology announced this week that it has just received its fifth international accreditation, this time for its Mass Communication and Media (MCM) Department from the American Communications Association (ACA).  The accreditation comes in the form of a conditional accreditation, before a follow-up review next year confirms it as a full five-year accreditation.
