GUST Organizes Egyptian Day
The Humanities & Social Sciences Cultural Committee organized the annual Egyptian Day, opened by GUST President, Professor Donald Bates, and the Cultural Consultant at the Embassy of Egypt in Kuwait, Dr. Nabil Bahgat. Egyptian Day is an exhibition highlighting the intricate traditions, history, and culture of Egypt. It included a display of historical pieces of art, sculptures, and drawings, as well as a small art installation filled with photography showcasing different part of Egyptian heritage. There was also a screening of a traditional Egyptian folkloric dance put together by the embassy.
